Richard was last seen on August 31, 1982 in Grangeville, Idaho on a hay wagon on his paternal grandparents’ dairy farm. A four-day search of the farm was conducted by police, bloodhounds, and 250 volunteers, but they found no trace of Richard. Richard has a small scar over his left eye and also goes by Ricky. The second photo shows Richard age progressed to 40 years old.
