Tammy, 8 years old at the time of her disappearance, was last seen by a neighbor crossing Court Street in Exeter, NH on November 13, 1984 at about 8:00am. She was on her way to school, but never showed up. Tammy was wearing a tan jacket with blue sleeves, a purple sweater, aqua jersey with thin black & white stripes, tan corduroys, and tan suede boots. She was carrying a red backpack. Tammy’s left eye turns outward. The second photo shows her age-progressed to 36 years.
