Robert, or Bobby Joe, was last seen playing outside with his siblings about a half block from their home on May 14, 1983 in Campbellsport, Wisconsin. At some point between 2:30PM and 4:30PM, he said he was hungry and headed home. Bobby Joe never arrived home. He was last seen wearing a red, blue, and gray shirt, blue pants, and cowboy boots. He has a strawberry birthmark on his outer left thigh, and has difficulty pronouncing the letters T, K, and R. The third picture shows Robert age-progressed to 42 years.
