Jamal was last seen in Richmond, Virginia on April 16, 1990. He was playing with his brother Basil in their neighborhood. Basil’s body was later recovered in a landfill south of Richmond, but Jamal has not been seen or heard from since.
At the time of his disappearance, Jamal was wearing a black Batman T-shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes, and a grey and red fleece baseball jacket.
